ANOTHER YEAR ANOTHER GREAT SHOW
The UK Corrugated Industry Trade Show took place on 7/8 October 2024.
Proudly hosted by the UK Sheet Plant Association, in association with the Confederation of Paper Industries (CPI), the Trade Show found its home in a new, bigger venue – the Telford International Centre:

GALA DINNER
On the evening of October 7th the SPA hosted its Gala Dinner where SPA members and Exhibitors enjoyed an evening of great food, entertainment by comedian Hal Cruttenden and a Charity Auction which raised some £20,000 for a number of charities, including MIND.
Hal Cruttenden has an enviable list of credits, including Live at the Apollo, Mock the Week, Have I Got News for You, and Would I Lie to You; Hal has forged an illustrious career in comedy media.
The Gala Dinner has become an eagerly awaited and thoroughly enjoyable evening for all in attendance over the years. The Gala Dinner is included in the Full Delegate Package – places are limited so it is highly recommended you book your Full Delegate Package immediately to avoid disappointment.
CHARITY AUCTION
Following the Gala Dinner and with so many prominent people from our Industry all in one place, it would be remiss not to do our best for worthy causes… to this end the Charity Auction was a quick fire and thoroughly entertaining highlight of the evening.
A dozen or so lots were auctioned by Hal Cruttenden and all the proceeds went to charities chosen by bidders, donaters or to the MIND Charity. Thank you to all who have donated an ‘event’ or ‘item’ in the past to be included in the Auction.
